Girl Scouts Girl Scouts of Southeast Louisiana

Recognize Our Outstanding Volunteers

Each year the Girl Scout Council of Southeast Louisiana recognizes our outstanding adult volunteers. The process starts with public nominations and letters of recommendation that are then reviewed by a volunteer committee for completeness and accuracy, and finally the nominations are approved by our Board of Directors. The deadline for 2008 Nominations was January 16, 2008.

The award recipients are honored at an Adult Recognition event prior to the Council Annual's Meeting.

This year's Adult Recognition Breakfast is Saturday, March 15, from 8:30 - 10 a.m. at the Council Service Center (prior to the Council Annual Meeting from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.) Cost is $10 per person except for those being honored. Click here for the breakfast reservation form (includes menu) and return with payment by March 7. Seating is limited.
